"Dirty, unhygienic, some staff rough and rude, food..."

Some staff are abusive and rude, as well as scruffy in appearance; hygiene is poor with some patient toilets reeking strongly of urine. Patient used clothing is given to relatives to take home with the excrement enclosed! No wonder this place can`t get rid of the c. diff bug. Food is less than average, often not cut up for patients who require it so, with sandwiches being given at tea time.
