(as the patient),

I had two appointments at the Wharfedale Hospital - one for a cataract operation, one for a type II diabetes eye test. On both occasions my appointment was prompt and on neither occasion did I feel I was being rushed in and out.

Mr Ball was a man you could talk to and was very nice. It is so much better having a local hospital and not having to travel into Leeds (a nightmare for parking) and I also hope we continue to have a local hospital. The nurses on both visits were friendly and helpful.
