I had an appointment in the endocrine outpatient clinic yesterday (held in the kidney and urology department on the third floor) where my blood pressure and weight was checked by a superb health care. He introduced himself to every patient, made a point of trying to pronounce their name correctly (which is a challenge!) and talked me through the procedure with such good cheer that it put me in a good mood. Later I was helped by a nurse while waiting to see the surgeon. She went out of her way to follow up what happened with my file as they were squeezing me in that afternoon. The doctor was kind enough to see me at short notice for which I am very grateful. We complain when things go wrong so it is important to say something positive when things go well! Thank you.
