Staff don't care, don't treat you as a human being, treated like nauty children, no one to ones when we asked staff, nothing to pass the time, keep your head down to get out as soon as you can, staff are not interested if you are classed as disabled in any way, food, they are not giving special diets for people who need them, if you are not first in line what you need is already gone. Wood side does nothing to help any one with mental illness, or any thing else that service users have problems with. We are an encumbrance to their daly working lives. Service users help each other more than the staff ever do. Get Oakwood day treatment staff to come and show them how it should be done. This is all very true.
