"Outstanding out-patient care"

I would like to say how much I appreciate the services of our palliative care nurse . She was at all times courteous, tender and extremely professional, such that my husband ,John had complete confidence in her and trusted her medical expertise . What's more , she was always reliable , punctual and thorough. Qualities which are vital in a situation of many complexities and difficulties. This was an enormous comfort to us ,his family , as it meant we could keep him at home , comfortable and safe in the knowledge that he was being well looked after. I am very glad that he was able to die at home , as he had wished , peacefully and comfortably ,and very grateful that we were supported and encouraged,all the way along , that this was appropriate and achievable . The whole experience has gone a long way towards giving us peace of mind . I cannot recommend them highly enough . She was marvellous. Sarah
