I was a patient at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham last month for an eye operation. The standard of care I received, from both the medical and the nursing staff, was very good. Every aspect of the care was excellent. Information and decision making was shared with me appropriately and, at all times, I was treated with the greatest amount of dignity and respect.
