"Very Rude Reception - Needs Customer Service..."

Staff at reception should be more polite and welcoming. One receptionist behaved very rude and I have to told them to keep their volume down! looks like NHS is spending all the money & sources to promote safe environment for there staff which is good but they also need to train there staff for good (not even better) customer service as people only come to walk in Centre when its emergency or no GP available. Also as there staff wants to be treated in good way they have to start behaving with people in good way.
