About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

I had injured my knee falling into one of Old Harlow's many pathway pot holes. The wait was reasonable for a large busy town and the area was spotless and fresh (but perhaps a little too hot for the time of year?). I could not have had better treatment from all staff including the receptionists and I wish the Dr was my GP! The new Saturday fracture clinic is a huge help to me because I dont drive and cant easily get there on a week day when my husband is at work in Cambridge. It was not too buy but the doctor said it had been very busy earlier in the day. I think the doctor deserves a nurse to assist them as they had to run for paper sheets, undo my shoes etc...not their job really..probably short staffed. X ray technician was very well mannered and put me at ease. Thank you.
