"Another cancellation"

Having had not one but two operations cancelled previously I finally attended the hospital for my operation yesterday: Changed into the requisite surgical gown and sat and waited to be called through And waited - and waited - and waited - - In fact I sat there for 5 hours waiting to be called in for my treatment: Doctor eventually came over and told me that they couldn't do my operation that day and they were sorry! They were sorry - - If they were sorry then how do you think I felt? As my problem is of a cancerous nature I'd say that it was just a little bit serious and might have had just a little bit of looking into wouldn't you? Obviously not it seems Incompetent - disgusting - inept
