"rediculous"

About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

It's 7.34 am, doors opened and they only let 11 people in. I have ticket 14 and she stopped the queue at 11 saying anyone else must take ticket and come back at 1.30. This really is stupid. I was here at 6.45. People jumped the line too. Why only let 11 people through. This is the second biggest city in great Britain. I will most certainly be making a complaint.

I am sorry you were unable to be seen during the morning of your visit on the 20th May. Birmingham Dental Hospital offers a service for patients with booked appointments following referral from their doctor or dentist and a limited 'walk in' service for patients seeking urgent dental treatment without an appointment. Doors open at 7.30am (Monday to Friday) and tickets are issued on a first come first served basis. Registration commences at 8.30am with the first patients being seen for assessment from 9am. It is regrettable if you experienced other patients taking your place in the queue. Unfortunately it is not possible for Reception staff to manage the queue however I have asked whether more can be done to assist patients to keep their place in the queue whilst entering the building.
