"A&E childrens - very good service"

Attended A& E Saturday evening with 14 year old son and his broken ankle. The whole visit only lasted 2 :15 hours. All staff were really lovely - efficient, approachable, fully explaining everything. I had total confidence in all of them. I have just phoned A&E now at 7am and even then the Dr. was very helpful and clear. I think working A&E on a saturday night, seeing patient after patient, must be incredibly tiring and challenging. So to then maintain such a good service a real achievement.
