"Lovely Hospital"

I have been to Grantham Hospital on a few occasions to different departments, including &E. I have always been treated nicely and smiled at. That is such a small act that makes a huge difference. Everyone has acted professionally, but most importantly I have never been made to feel that I am a nuisance. Any time I have been to Lincoln Hospital I have been made to feel like the staff would much rather not have to deal with patients. The other great thing about Grantham is that, touch wood, I have never had to wait very long to be seen. Someone there has got things nicely organised and the staff motivated very well :)
