I am saddened by the poor communication I have experienced at Burton. It was only because I was chasing up information about a day surgery appointment that I discovered I had been transferred to another hospital which is also much further away from my home. I received no letter or phonecall nor was it explained to me at my pre-op appointment. Thankfully the hospital I have been transferred to were incredibly helpful.
