"Guys Sleep Clinic Nightmare!"

Attempting to make contact with Guys Sleep Centre by phone is a complete nightmare! Unmanned phones, full voicemail boxes where you can't leave a message, inability to contact anyone...and when after several days and around 20 plus abortive phone calls, one gets a member of staff who is either unable to deal with your enquiry or promises to get someone to ring you back who can help...needless to say this never materialises so you are left lost in the loop again. More calls and frustration follow only to be later told when you do finally get through to someone the day before your appointment, that if you now have to reschedule, it is you that is at fault for leaving it this late!
