About: Hillingdon Hospital

The staff were great no problems there, was clean. I had a problem with the food service straff on one particular day it was a Sunday. But the service I received from a different food staff member on a Monday was excellent. Not sure why the standards are so different.

Thank you so much for your kind and constructive comments. We try very hard to provide a world class service and it is heart-warming to know when we have met your expectations. I am sorry that the ward hostess did not provide a service up to the standard we would expect. I will be taking that up with the Catering Department as the hostess is an integral member of our team. I suspect it was not our usual hostess as I receive many very complimentary comments from our women about how helpful and friendly our hostess is. Anne Thysse - Matron Women's Services
