"Excellent, Swift Service!!"

On Sunday evening my son aged 23 months got a foreign object lodged in his nasal passage after trying to retrieve it myself without success I contacted the 111 service who advised me to go to A&E. I did this reluctantly as I know how under pressure you are at the moment but on arrival the receptionists were wonderful my son was booked in immediately and even given a teddy bear to play with that he could take home. We were seen by a nurse within 10 minutes and referred to a nurse practitioner who saw us 20 minutes later and solved the problem without causing my son any discomfort or distress allowing us to go home in under one hour. I would like to thank all the staff that my son and I came into contact with for the friendly and caring service they provided without making me feel like I was over reacting and wasting their valuable time. Thank you once again a very grateful mum.
