What I liked

my mother entered A&E on the 10th of July and after being in ward F7, HDU and finally ITU she regretably passed away on 14th August. The care and support recieved by mum and understanding and compassion showed by staff at all levels and all departments was absolutely incredible and makes me very proud of our NHS. It was comforting to return home in the evenings following visiting and know she was being looked after so well. Thank you Royal Oldham for making the pain of losing a loved one easier to handle knowing she was so well looked after with 5 star treatment all round

What could be improved

the lifts need a revamp had to stamp and jump to get the patient lift going sometimes!
