"Contacting an in-patient"

We were told that a distant relative was in this hospital. We found a phone number from a web site and rang from Plymouth. Apparently it was not the patient line but an exceedingly helpful and personable man went to the bedside of our relative and was able to give us phone contact with her. Thank you for such kindness during a busy early evening shift in April 2013.
