"My Mum's terminal care"

Thank you to everyone in continuing care and district nursing for the marvellous care you provided for my Mum in her terminal illness and for the kind, efficient and professional support you provided to my Dad, my sister and myself. It made my Mum's final days the best they could possibly have been. She was able to die at home, with her family and her GP at her side, in peace and comfort. Wendy Moore
