About: Royal Preston Hospital

My husband was taken to A&E on Tuesday lunch time ~ I would like to say what excellent & very prompt care he received ~ the staff where wonderful ~ he was later admitted to MAU ~ although they where very busy we received the same care & attention although they do seem very under staffed to me ~ one of the young students was very caring & helpful ~ what a busy unit it is ~ thank you to every one ~

Thanks for your comments. Hearing about positive experiences really motivates our staff, and helps us identify where we’re getting things right so we can share good practice across all of our services. The hospital has been extremely busy throughout winter and spring this year, and we're in the process of recruiting extra staff to make sure we can provide the highest standards of care. We hope your husband is in good health.
