"Horrible staff"

I went to this hospital for a couple of months as I has postpartum psychosis. This hospital did not deal with my needs! I am quite small and at the start of my illness they were giving me twice the recommend dose of an adult. Where I was not able to move where they had given me so much I was not able to wash or even get up to the toilet. I was quite literally sedated at times. When I was slightly better, but not my usual self I asked a lady to help me clean myself, which she declines as 'it wasn't part of her job'. They're was a lady there who had been there for some time who was in a wheel chair which also they clearly didn't help to clean. They use to pin me down if I didn't take my medication they would all pin me down and stick a needle in my bum. They gave me so many drugs one day my mum told me she came to see me and I couldn't lift my head off the pillow where they had given me so much. I was soon given ECT in the end which was the thing that helped me, not the medication they were force feeding me. They were the only nice people from the place. I still have flash backs now of there horrible care for me, is there anything I can do to forge t this horrible time?
