"London Hospital needs to learn ..."

About: The Royal London Hospital

(as the patient),

What could be improved: London Hospital needs to learn the meanings of 'punctuality' and 'honesty.'

Every outpatient department I've visited routinely runs at least an hour late.

But when a DOCTOR BREAKS THE APPOINTMENT, the patient is always blamed for it in a standard letter running "I note that you failed to attend..."

The London Hospital thinks patients exist for the convenience of its staff. We are ORDERED to attend (appointments are made when they are not required), we are forced to sit in CRAMPED, AIRLESS waiting rooms (sometimes playing nauseating daytime television, as though we are idiots), for an UNLIMITED PERIOD, waitring for the DOCTOR to BOTHER to turn up. When we can't stand it any more, the London Hospital BLAMES US FOR ITS OWN FAILINGS!

I'm SICK of the London Hospital's contempt for patients and its complete disregard of ordinary MANNERS.

I wish I had never set foot inside the London Hospital.
