Words fail me the treatment of my nephew has been appauling, from the start the so called receptionsists only one out of the few that work there speak, leave you at the door, too much effort for them to speak they do not even look up at you some on mobile phones. When the staff were on bank holiday staff were sitting there could not be bothered to open the door even though, it is one of the coldest winters ever they left my 77 year old father outside in the rain for ages. There is not enough space to tell you all everything neither have I the time to tell you of the endless list of failures so just be very aware of your loved one going into moseley hall. Staff are all ok when you are there but be very mindful when you leave, label belongings, check for soiled bed clothes and that cathater bag / conveen are in properley, splints even with the r and l on them are on the right leg, wheel chairs real hazard as staff dont know how to put the patient in propery, no food facilities if you work all day only a sandwich or pastie if you are lucky. Find some where else to take your loved oneWard 9 from january 2013 - april 2013
