"Day patient cystoscopy"

Chose this hospital via Nhs because it was quicker than going private,iam 70 years old and was very nervous about having this procedure, parking was no problem,all the staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease ,waited for the procedure in a private room with excellent facilities, including free wi-fi,the procedure was over in minutes,the consultant was very gentle! The whole experience was very civilised, the sandwiches were great! Thank you!
