What I liked

I've just finished several weeks of treatment treatment as an outpatient for a shoulder injury. From my first visit to A&E through the repeated clinic attendances, everyone was very professional and really, really quick ! I work in customer services and was genuinely very impressed by the service here.

What could be improved

I wish the telephone receptionists would put me through to the depts I want to talk to, rather than tell me to call back or 'press option2'
