What I liked

iv,e been under Harefield for some two years now,and have always found the staff.Kind,helpful and very proffessional.But always done,in a calm and orderly manner,which in turn,always makes me feel calm,and safe,and you just know these people,know what thier doing.I wouldn,t want to be under any other hospital.I couldn,t ask for a better service.

What could be improved

more front line staff and less people walking around with clip boards asking if everything is ok,there seems to be loads of these people.Do they actully contribute anything,to the actual care of the paitients,i think not.
