Medical staff very friendly & helpful.

What could be improved

Parking in multistory car park. Not attended during the day, difficult to get any help. Pay machines not working properly - really very poor.

The Trust apologises for any problems that you have had with our parking facilities. We aim to make parking as easy, straightforward and cost-effective as possible, and we are sorry that this has not been the case for you. Milton Keynes is a growing city, and car parking facilities have increased and improved hand-in-hand with hospital growth. The Trust recently invested in our new four-storey (1,000 space) car park, which is ensuring that visitors, patients and staff can park easily. Disabled parking facilities at the Trust have also expanded over recent years. We would urge anyone who has any issues with our facilities to contact the Trust directly, so that we can rectify and improve on the experience and the service we deliver to patients and visitors.

Please note that our pay machines have since been revieved and the signage regarding how they work improved.
