"Terrible"

Where do I start, lack of communication between the staff. Some of the staff had no idea why I was admitted and hadn't looked in my file. Nothing to do, just left in your room. Heard a staff member comment on the condition I have, and it's safe to say the words that came out of his mouth were diabolical. Would never go back voluntarly.
