"How it should be done"

This hospital should be a template for hospitals throughout the United Kingdom. Health ministers should visit this facility and speak to everyone involved, cleaners to consultants. They are so dedicated to providing the very best care they can give. If ministers listened to the people who know the business instead of business people the NHS would become a national treasure.
