"I was admitted as an outpatient ..."

What I liked

I was admitted as an outpatient in urology. My appointment came quickly (see below). I was seen on time and the staff were friendly and professional. I was treated as a person and everything was explained well. I don't think my experience could have been improved.

What could be improved

I was told my appointment would come through in 2 weeks. After 8 days I chased it up and my call was returned in a few hours. I just wonder if I would have had an appointment within the two weeks had I not done this?
