On March the 4th I was fortunate to have anti reflux surgery via the doctor and his team, today is the 19th march and all appears to be good. I personally think that the whole team involved in my experience are without doubt 1st class. However the staff are under a great deal of pressure which I feel is not fair on them and those trustees / directors etc. are failing their staff by allowing this, these people are rewarded very well for their position & responsibility of director/trustee but appear to not be held accountable for their actions. Lead by example using hands on approach (not announce their visit so all can be glossed over for the visit) be part of the team on the wards.
