"After having my baby, the woman ..."

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

After having my baby, the woman who bathed my baby, the cleaner and the doctors that did checks on my baby were brilliant. The cleaner who was in my room did not leave until the room was spotless. And a big thanks to the nurse that checked my baby today and put my mind at rest.

What could be improved

Well, when i was pregnant with my baby and had to have injections i was sat in a room with dirty used needles some with blood in and a bed with dirty towels on it. In this room i had my injection after waiting round 20 minutes in a dirty room, heavily pregnant. Then when i went in labour and returned to the hospital, they told me i had got an infection in my waters then sent me home and did nothing about it before or after the birth of my baby. When i came back i was put with the most obnoxious midwife. Thankfully then they had a shift change and i got a very nice, pleasant one, whom i am very grateful to. That morning i couldn't get up for my breakfast because i felt drained. I had anemia and asked for some iron, they took my blood and never came back. Today i went back but to a&e with my baby everything was great until my stepfathers mum rang up after we had been and told her everything only to her made it sound worse. So i do not know what to believe is wrong with my baby and am in total shock with the hospital giving out information when it has nothing t do with anybody else.
