What I liked

my son was born 11 weeks premature and spent 11 weeks 4 days in the peter congdon neonatal unit the care he recieved throughout was fantastic , we trusted them 100% and without them he would not be here today.

What could be improved

the only way they could improve is t keep the parents a little more informed and explain certain things a bit more in depth

Thank you for your comments regarding neo natal care, I am pleased to hear that your Son is doing well. I will pass your comments on to the Patient Relations Manager at the Leeds Teaching hospitals NHS Trust to ensure they are shared with the team
