"Excellent all round care."

i was a very frightened lady having gone through a traumatic experience 8 years ago in a different hospital. This included both pre-operative and post-operative lack of interest, knowledge,and information. I got little or no response to asking for help, very little pain relief, dirty bandages, a general lack of interest and feeling I was a nuisance. Fulwood Hall Hospital has alleviated 8 years of fear and pain due to the superb professionalism, caring attitude, nursing and listening skills from the doctor and his team, all nursing staff at all levels,,reception staff, including catering and cleaners,nothing was to much trouble Thank You Thank you I will not be filled with fear and trepidation again as I shall ask to come to you.

It is always a worrying time when one has to go into hospital for treatment and I am very glad that the team were able to make your stay that little bit less worrying. It is always really good to hear patient feedback and to recognise the non-clinical staff also as everyone at Fulwood Hall really does strive to deliver the best care they can.
