i was a very frightened lady having gone through a traumatic experience 8 years ago in a different hospital. This included both pre-operative and post-operative lack of interest, knowledge,and information. I got little or no response to asking for help, very little pain relief, dirty bandages, a general lack of interest and feeling I was a nuisance.
