My first hip operation was at another private hospital in Peterborough and after having a dreadful experience I was worried about how it would be this time. I need not have worried, during my stay at Woodlands my treatment was beyond reproach. I was treated extremely well and the nursing staff are the best I have ever come across. My room was spotless and comfortable, the bathroom was more than needed and every meal was served hot and delicious. Not once did I need to ask for any pain relief, as the nurses checked on me regularly and hand overs were smooth, meaning that I didn't have to ask for anything when the next shift started. I can't thank the nursing staff and the physio's enough for ensuring that my operation went smoothly and my recovery was successful. Lets not forget the wonderful consultant for ensuring that I am now pain free and now can get back to a normal active life.
"A whole new experience for the better"
