The level of care, attention and expertise given to our son at the RBH's ICU was truly outstanding; the team dealt with our stressful moments as parents in a wonderfully calm way. The team caring for our son were amazing; every question asked by us as anxious parents was given careful consideration in ensuring that we were able to understand our sons traumatic journey. The on-going support provided through the ICU aftercare team has been invaluable in helping our son and his family to cope with the trauma he had suffered.
