"General quality of care"

I had a hip replacement opp. I was kept informed all the time as to what was involved, and was treated with care and dignity. All the staff that I came into contact with were helpful, caring and cheerful. I would recommend this Hospital to all, and am looking forward to my other Hip replacement opp. in the near future.
