"my experience of ent grays inn road"

About: Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital

i was admitted on the 23/01/2013 at 11.00 am and from the very start i felt i was in good hands. The deputy sister who got me ready for my procedure immediately sensed that i was nervous and was brilliant at reassuring me.I went down and every thing i asked for was adhered to,because i didn't want a mask on my face while i was conscious. I woke up after surgery to be greeted by a nice theater nurse who took very good care of me.Back on the ward i was made comfortably, and i was aware of being closely monitored.that evening i was allowed home, but i had complications(bleeding from my nose) and was immediately returned to the ward C where a staff nurse was waiting for me.Know you want to talk about care i had the best care anyone could have possibly needed or wanted.I saw the consultant almost immediately and was able to leave two day's later after they had stopped the bleeding, and i was stable again. You know I've read some of the negative remarks made on this site by people, and i find it hard to believe they are so negative, because from outpatients to hospital ward my experience was great. These people from surgeon to the most junior of nurses were everything anyone could have asked of from the NHS, and we are lucky to have them look after us.
