"Consultant was in rush no coordination between..."

I been to clinic for fisher treatment. I must say hospital was very well clean. Nurses was great. But consultant was too much in rush and the treatment he promise me to do never happen. Even nurses were amazed there was not enough notes and no post procedure explanation. After our enquiry head nurse been called and she manage to get him from private clinic for 1 minute. He failed to explain why he did not did anything. He seems baffled. Overall very unsatisfactory experience.
