Woodlands hospital is welcoming, friendly and professional. I was given full information of my intended operation and had the opportunity to have questions answered. I said I would like my operation around a particular date (Christmas holidays) and that's exactly what they did. I was impressed the pre op was weeks in advance to ensure any illness (MRSA) could be treated prior to the operation. This is something the NHS do not do. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the whole procedure and follow up care. Appointments were on time and efficient. I will be returning for some private treatments.
