"2 catarract operations"

The service was seamless, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending it to other friends and family. There was just one blip on my first visit. I was seen very quickly initially and then left for an hour to wait. Staff apologised when I did go in, as they had had a difficult operation to deal with that had caused the delay, but I would have understood better if someone had come to me sooner to let me know, as I was becoming more anxious about the operation. As I said the team were very apologetic later.
