"Unsatisfatory start"

Patient has to lead demands for their own needs. Many support staff uncommunicative. Rooms with broken windows / draughts/ unclean. School inadequate for KS4/ GCSE. Medication not given as required. Key worker not available for 3 days at start of programme. Staff unaware of care plan. No structure at weekends. No written information available for parents. Verbal information inconsistent/ incorrect. A disatrous introduction to in-patient care. Poor.
