"operation day sergery"

Had a operation on the 24th jan 2013 , Arrived at 7.30 am and from the time i arrived to the time i left i felt confident, the sister that was on duty that was brilliant, she had others to see to before operation, and she was with everyone from start to finish, then your anesthic ,came to see u ,then your sergon came to see u all before your operation,the u just had to wait till it was your time,all the time with the sister checking on you all the time.This sister was on her own what a fab job she did,thats what i call caring, for patients, Also the staff that take u to therathe and back were first class and made me feel relaxed. So i would like to thank eveyone that was involed in operation on that day, so well done everyone and excellent.also can i say they even rang on saturday to make sure i was ok ,and u even get a discharge pack with eveything in it medacation, letter for your plus acopy for yourself, dr s note, booklet what to look for and who contact if your feeling well, excellent,
