"excellent hospital"

I was a patient in the day case department,on the 23rd of January 2013.From arriving to leaving, I was treated with the upmost courtesy.Arrival at reception was warm and friendly,at the day case unit you were greeted by the nursing staff,who again put you at ease with their friendly and professional manner,the consultant was very thorough in explaining the procedure, so that I fully understood what was going to happen,at the same time giving me the opportunity to ask him any questions.The theatre staff were again friendly and professional in putting me at ease,when the procedure was finished,I was whisked away for tea and biscuits by another member of the nursing staff, who chatted away until we arrived back at the day case unit .If I needed treatment again,I would not hesitate to repeat my visit.to Rowley Hall.To summerise It was spotlessly clean,the staff were professional,and welcoming I was totally satisfied and the most important factor for me is that I felt safe in their hands.
