I would like to say a massive thankyou to the staff in the stroke/neurology ward for their kindness towards me when I was admitted for my recent lumbar puncture which I was really scared about. My two doctors made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the procedure. They explained everything in detail which made me feel better than I thought I would. Aftercare was great, I even got offered a cup of coffee! I wanted to put a note on here to say how pleased I was as it is far too easy nowadays for people to complain. We need to recognise the ones that do the job great aswell in our unappreciated nhs. Thankyou xxx
