After being admitted to accident and emergency I had a heart valve operation. I found staff caring, knowledgeable, competent and approachable.
I would suggest that communication between professionals could be improved though.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on your recent heart surgery which I will pass on to the staff involved.
Communication is, obviously, an essential element part of the care provided by staff and is an area we are continually looking to improve upon.
I hope you continue to recover well from your recent surgery.
