"Operator did not have access to clinics diary"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I was offered physiotherapy at two difference clinics. The one I chose was the closest and most convenient.

However, the operator did not have access to that clinics diary.

Surely this can be done in this day and age without too much trouble?

Dear 'Aspire948'

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

Some of our clinics are private providers but do offer a service on the NHS. This sometimes means that they are not electronically linked to TRAQS and they manage their own appointment bookings. When you spoke to the TRAQS team member we would have notified you on waitiing times and how you would be contacted by your chosen provider.

TRAQS hope that you receive your appointment in due course and wish you the best with your treatment.
