"rude nurse"

About: Ealing Hospital

my mum is having a care in this hospital after a total knee replacement and is admitted to 7 south. all the nurses there are OK but one who was arguing in-front of my mum and other Patience's. my mum told me that this nurse was not helping her and she nearly fall down off the chair, so we made a complaint to another nurse. this nurse came in to take my mum to the toilet she told us that she suffers from bad back if she suffers from bad back she should not be working as a nurse or in hospitals at all! and she cant help move my mum to wheel chair. after this same nurse brought my mum back from the toilet she started to argue with me in-front of all the patience's and made my mum really upset and her crying. later that day my mums blood pressure was really bad, we refused her not to treat my mum. i wished that my mum never had come into this hospital for her operation and want some where else.
