Thank you. It is good to get feedback that reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff.

The layout of hospital sites, especially older ones such as the QEII, can be confusing for patients and visitors. We do have maps in place at the entrance to the hospital and there is signage in place throughout the site.

One of the drawbacks of working in a hospital is that you quickly become familiar with the site and less reliant on signage. So people pointing out what signage is confusing or missing really helps us to ensure that our visitors can always find out easily where it is they need to go and arrive there quickly.
