What I liked
My uncle was admitted after having a heart attack 27/7/08. He had non-stop, brilliant care in ITU, the staff were just absolutely amazing. He couldn't have had better treatment anywhere else. The hospital made the whole family feel as comfortable as they could. All staff also did everything they could to support our whole family. My unlce was only 40 and the greatest man you would ever meet. Unfortunately he passed away 1/8/08, but if he ever had a chance it was at the London Chest Hospital.
What could be improved
The only thing I wanted was for him to be moved into a private room in order for the family to say their goodbyes. Unfortunately, they did not have enough nursing staff to do this so I completely understand. We had a very private section in ITU and they did the best they could for us.
